Our beloved Elderflower Spritz is born right here — from the elderberry bushes lining the entrance to the restaurant. We pick the flowers, make the syrup, and turn it into one of our guests’ most-loved drinks.

In our garden, Virginia’s expert hands nurture vegetables of every kind and aromatic herbs with an unmistakable fragrance. Among orderly rows and sun-drenched terraces, we grow the flavours that end up on your plate at the farm restaurant.
